This machine adopts a split double cover structure, and the interior of the equipment is finely polished. The control box system supports automatic and manual milk output modes. You can customize the milk output weight in kilograms, such as setting 1kg or 2kg. It is also equipped with automatic prompt and manual prompt functions.
Automatic mode: Set the required milk output in advance. Press the switch, and the machine will dispense milk quantitatively. It will stop automatically once reaching the preset weight. Press the switch again to repeat the previous quantitative milk dispensing process.
Manual mode: No preset milk output is needed. Hold down the handle switch to dispense milk and release it to stop. The operator controls the milk volume manually.
he unit is fitted with a circulating pump. The connector at the bottom is used for milk mixing and cleaning. This cart supports ride-on operation. Workers can ride the cart to the cowshed and feed calves with the milk gun. The vehicle
has reverse gear for flexible on-site movement.
The control system has Chinese and English bilingual interfaces for easy switching. On the parameter setting page, milk weight is set in kilograms. The flow coefficient is factory default and should not be adjusted. The screen displays real-time current flow. There are milk output indicator light and milk tank indicator light. The milk tank light turns on when the milk tank switch is pressed and turns off when the switch is released. The milk output indicator lights up during milk dispensing.
A red main power switch is equipped. Press it down to cut off the whole machine power. Pull it outward to turn on the power supply.

Milk Dispensing Modes
Automatic Mode: Preset milk output in kilograms. The machine stops automatically once the preset weight is reached. Press the switch again to repeat the last quantitative dispensing cycle.
Manual Mode: Milk flows when holding the handle switch and stops once released. The operator controls the milk volume manually.

Insulation Effect
The milk tank is constructed with a double-layer stainless steel body. The inner liner is 2mm thick, and the outer casing is 1.5mm thick. The insulation layer is made of polyurethane (PU) foam, with a thickness of 50mm. Tests have shown that at room temperature of 0°C, the milk temperature drops by 0.5°C per hour.

The battery has a range of 80-100 km, which means it can be used for a week in most cases.
