Vertical mixed feed preparation machine is a livestock machinery equipment used for mixing and preparing feed. The spiral blades are equipped with tungsten carbide cutting knives, and the material box wall is equipped with variable position positioning knives to increase the cutting speed of the grass according to different types of grass.

In addition, it is often equipped with an American Aiweichuang automatic weighing device, which facilitates the measurement of different formulas and big data transmission. It is also equipped with a hydraulic unloading system, an Italian Komair reduction motor, a 304 stainless steel dust-proof and rainproof distribution box, with variable frequency start and material throwing function.

Feeding Guidelines

When it comes to adding feed, there are important principles to follow. The basic rule is to adhere to the order of dry first then wet, fine first then rough, and light then heavy according to the formula.

Start with long grass.

Such as Leymus chinensis, wild hay, alfalfa, and oat grass.
Next, add the concentrated feed.

Additives include raw grain and concentrated feed, as well as apple flour, cottonseed, distiller's grains, etc.
After that, silage is added.

Finally, silage, water, molasses and other feeds are added to increase the palatability of the feed.

During the mixing process, it is crucial to note that the charge should not be too full. A certain amount of space for mixing circulation must be left.

For efficient mixing, the chassis should be given at least 20% free space for the feed to circulate and mix. This helps avoid the "arch bridge" phenomenon, where the feed does not circulate and mix properly, this phenomenon can increase the load on the auger and affect the mixing effect.

Is the stationary feed mixer easy to operate?

For long-term fixed operation, the mixer should be fixed on the cement base to ensure that the machine is firmly installed. Find a professional electrician to make a reasonable layout of the line to ensure the safety and stability of the machine's power line.
After starting the mixer, use a forklift or conveyor belt to pour the feed raw materials that need to be stirred into the machine. After the raw materials are added, the stirring time for each batch of feed is about 20 minutes.
What are the wiring methods, voltage, and hertz requirements of stationary TMR mixers?

Our standard motor is a 380V 50HZ three-phase AC motor. When wiring, pay attention to the correct phase and avoid reverse connection.The voltage fluctuation should not exceed ±10% and the frequency should be stable at 50HZ to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend its service life.If your local voltage and Hertz are different, we can provide customized services.
How does the throwing function of a stationary TMR mixer work?

The normal stirring auger speed of mixer is 25 rpm (50 Hz), when the throwing function is turned on, the auger speed is 45 rpm (80HZ) and maintained for 15-20 seconds. In this way, the feed accumulated on the auger blades can be thrown out under the action of centrifugal force and swept out from the discharge door by the sweeping plate. Ensure that the discharge is clean, there is no debris inside, and it will not become moldy due to high temperature and humidity.
