Pre-Operation Inspection
Before each use, conduct a comprehensive safety inspection to ensure stable performance.
- Check the power supply, motor, wires and reducer for any damage.
- Inspect the auger, blades and fasteners to ensure they are firm and reliable.
- Test the hydraulic system and discharge door for normal operation.
- Calibrate and reset the weighing system to zero.
- Remove foreign objects inside the mixing tank to avoid blockage or damage.
Correct Feeding Sequence
Reasonable feeding order helps achieve even nutrition distribution and better palatability.
1. First add long-fiber materials: hay, straw, silage and other roughages.
2. Then add wet by-products, molasses and other fluid feeds.
3. Finally add concentrate feed, minerals, additives and other micro-ingredients.
Mixing Operation
- Start the mixer at no load, and add materials gradually after stable running.
- Do not overload the machine or start with full load directly.
- After all materials are added, mix continuously for 15–20 minutes.
- Stop mixing when the feed is uniform, loose, non-clumping and non-stratified.
- Avoid over-mixing to prevent feed from being excessively crushed.
Discharging and Cleaning

Daily Maintenance
- Lubricate bearings, transmission parts and hydraulic components regularly
- Check blade wear and replace worn parts in a timely manner.
- Keep the machine in a dry and ventilated environment when not in use for a long time.
- Carry out routine maintenance to reduce failure rate and prolong service life.
Safety Precautions
- Keep hands and tools away from rotating parts during operation.
- Do not open the discharge door while the mixer is running.
- Stop the machine immediately if abnormal noise or vibration occurs.
