The milk cooling tank consists of two main parts: the refrigerating unit and the tank body. The tank body is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel; the insulation layer utilizes polyurethane integral foaming technology; the unit employs the most advanced American Copeland flexible scroll compressor; optional automatic cleaning device and electronic metering device can be installed; an independent computer control system enables the equipment to operate in an intelligent automatic working state.

This product features rapid cooling speed, high efficiency, excellent insulation performance, low noise, reliable operation, simple operation, no need for on-site installation, and a long service life.

The cooling tank is made of three layers of food-grade 304 stainless steel.

The first layer: stores the milk.

The second layer: employs refrigerant R 404 (custom model) to lower the temperature of the milk. It cools the milk in the first layer from 80 degrees to 40 degrees. The compressor then begins to operate, further cooling the milk until the cooling halts at 4 degrees. If the milk exceeds 4 degrees, the compressor automatically activates cooling until it reaches 4 degrees.

The third layer: an 8-centimeter thick insulation layer.

Polishing the tank

(1) The inner liner and all accessories or components in contact with milk are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, meeting food safety requirements.
(2) The inner sealing lid of the tank is formed using a specialized mold spinning process, with a radius of curvature of 30mm, featuring a smooth surface that is easy to clean.

Insulation

(1) Made of polyurethane and with a thickness of 80mm, ensure that the milk temperature is 4°C when the milk is full.

(2) When the external temperature does not exceed 25°C, ensure that the temperature rise within 24 hours does not exceed 2°C.

Tank bracket installation

(1) The base plate of the refrigeration compressor is made of carbon steel and has been treated with deep anti-corrosion coating.
(2) The water inlet is located on the side of the milk tank, allowing for operation without the need for a ladder.
(3) Tank body support: facilitates cleaning of the ground beneath the equipment.
