Product Description

Dairy farms rely on highly efficient cooling of the milk to keep the milk at a consistent temperature of about 4°C in the milk tanks until the milk is collected for further processing.

Milk is stored at the farms in either closed or open milk tanks. To maintain the quality of the milk it is quickly cooled from 38°C leaving the cow to 4°C in the milk tank. The milk tank is typically equipped with a mixer to accelerate the cooling process and homogenize the milk.

Cooling tank is made of 3 layers of food grade 304 stainless steel. 1st layer: Store Milk 2nd layer: Use Freon R 404(Customized model) to cool down the milk temperature. It cools about 80 degrees of milk in the first layer to 40 degrees. Then the compressor starts to work, and then cools the milk again to stop cooling at 4 degrees. If the milk exceeds 4 degrees, compressor will automatically start cooling until it reach 4 degrees; 3rd layer: The insulation layer of 8 cm thickness

Polishing the tank

(1)The inner tank and all its accessories or parts in contact with milk are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, which meets the food requirements.

(2)The sealing cover in the tank body is formed by special mold spinning, the arc radius R is 30mm, and the surface is smooth and easy to clean.

Insulation

Made of polyurethane, the thickness is 80mm, when the milk is full, and the milk temperature is 4℃, the outside temperature is not higher than 25℃, to ensure that the temperature rise within 24 hours at normal temperature does not exceed 2℃.

Tank bracket installation

(1) The bottom plate of the refrigeration compressor is made of carbon steel, which is treated with deep anti-corrosion paint.

(2) The milk inlet is set on the milk tank close to the unit side and can be operated without climbing the ladder.

(3) The feet and height of the tank body: the height of the feet can facilitate the cleaning of the ground under the equipment.
