Single Vertical Auger Stationary TMR Mixer：

In large farms where the feeding stations are spread over a large area, it can be advantageous to mix the feed in a central location and then to discharge it using a delivery truck. A stationary feed mixer can also be a great solution on small farms.

Box Material: Q355B Steel

The mixing box is 8 mm thick steel plate, and the thickness of the bottom plate is 16 mm.

Vertical Auger

Driven by the motor and reducer, the central shaft drives the spiral blades to rotate. The feed is cut by means of the auger and the rotation of the blade.

Cutting Blade

The cutting blade is 8mm thick and made of manganese steel. It has a good cutting effect on feed materials, improving the palatability and digestibility of the feed.

Feeding Guidelines

When it comes to adding feed, there are important principles to follow. The basic rule is to adhere to the order of dry first then wet, fine first then rough, and light then heavy according to the formula.

Start with long grass.

Such as Leymus chinensis, wild hay, alfalfa, and oat grass.
Next, add the concentrated feed.

Additives include raw grain and concentrated feed, as well as apple flour, cottonseed, distiller's grains, etc.
After that, silage is added.

Finally, silage, water, molasses and other feeds are added to increase the palatability of the feed.

Adding Feed order:

(1) Basic principles: according to the formula to follow the first dry after the wet, the first fine after the rough, the principle of light and heavy;

(2) Add order:

A. Long grass (Leymus chinensis, wild hay, alfalfa, oat grass)

B. Concentrate (raw grain, concentrated material, etc.)

C. Accessories (apple meal, cottonseed, wet beer distillers, etc.)

What are the wiring methods, voltage, and hertz requirements of stationary TMR mixers?

Our standard motor is a 380V 50HZ three-phase AC motor. When wiring, pay attention to the correct phase and avoid reverse connection.The voltage fluctuation should not exceed ±10% and the frequency should be stable at 50HZ to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend its service life.If your local voltage and Hertz are different, we can provide customized services.
How does the throwing function of a stationary TMR mixer work?

The normal stirring auger speed of mixer is 25 rpm (50 Hz), when the throwing function is turned on, the auger speed is 45 rpm (80HZ) and maintained for 15-20 seconds. In this way, the feed accumulated on the auger blades can be thrown out under the action of centrifugal force and swept out from the discharge door by the sweeping plate. Ensure that the discharge is clean, there is no debris inside, and it will not become moldy due to high temperature and humidity.
What brand is the weighing system?
