The chassis of the vehicle adopts 72V220ah lithium battery (battery capacity can be customized) four-wheeled vehicles. Running motor 7.5KW.

CIP cleaning system

During cleaning, there is a 360-degree rotating high-pressure spray cleaning ball inside the milk tank, which helps to wash away the residual milk and cleaning liquid inside the milk tank. The CIP cleaning system is powered by a milk pump. The cleaning liquid cleans the pipes, milk cans, milk guns, etc. along the way. Waste liquid can be discharged through the milk gun or sewage outlet.

Stirring system and stirring blades

The stirring motor at the top of the milk tank provides power for the mixing blade, which goes deep into the milk tank through the connecting rod. The blade is 5cm away from the bottom of the milk tank, which can better drive the rotation of the liquid in the tube to help clean and melt the milk powder.

Digital display plus milk gun

When adding milk, the digital display milk gun will display the flow value (L) in real time. People can achieve the effect of quantitative milk addition through the flow display. It can also be verified by the weighing display.
