Introducing the Single Auger Stationary TMR Mixer With Loader by Jointtech, a cutting - edge solution designed for efficient livestock feeding. This versatile equipment caters to a wide range of animals including dairy cows, beef cattle, sheep, and goats. With a customizable capacity ranging from 3m³ to 60m³, it adapts seamlessly to the needs of both large - scale farms and small - scale operations. Powered by electricity, it offers significant fuel cost savings, making it an economical choice for modern agricultural settings. Large farms can benefit from centralized mixing followed by distribution via transport vehicles, while small farms can integrate it with conveyor belt systems, showcasing its flexibility. Its simple structure ensures low maintenance costs and high operational efficiency.
The mix auger is CNC - formed with a thickness of 12mm, and an additional 8mm thick wear - resistant plate is incorporated. This design promotes the boiling and flipping of feed, effectively reducing mixing time and enhancing mixing uniformity.
The cutting blade boasts a thickness of 8mm and is made of tungsten carbide, ensuring durability and efficient cutting performance.
The mix box features a side thickness of 8mm and a floor thickness of 16mm, providing robust construction to withstand the rigors of daily use.
Equipped with the Avery Weigh - Tronix weighing system, it offers sensitive and stable operation with a clear display, ensuring accurate measurement of feed quantities.
Optional features include a remote control function and additional wear - resistant plates, allowing for further customization based on specific farm requirements.

Tips：
Adding Feed order:
(1) Basic principles: according to the formula to follow the first dry after the wet, the first fine after the rough, the principle of light and heavy;
(2) Add order:
A. long grass (Leymus chinensis, wild hay, alfalfa, oat grass)
B. concentrate (raw grain, concentrated material, etc.)
C. Accessories (apple meal, cottonseed, wet beer distillers, etc.)
D. silage
E. Water or molasses
(3)In the mixing process should be noted that the charge can not be too full, leaving a certain amount of mixing cycle space.
Efficient mixing must be given to the chassis at least 20% free space for the feed cycle of mixing. To avoid the phenomenon of "arch bridge", that is, the feed is not recycled mixing, all take the deputy in the dragon, this will increase the load of the dragon, affecting the mixing effect.
When it comes to adding feed, there are important principles to follow. The basic rule is to adhere to the order of dry first then wet, fine first then rough, and light then heavy according to the formula.
The specific adding order should be as follows. Start with long grass such as Leymus chinensis, wild hay, alfalfa, and oat grass. Next, add concentrates including raw grain and concentrated materials. Then comes accessories like apple meal, cottonseed, wet beer distillers, and the like. After that, add silage. Finally, add water or molasses.
During the mixing process, it is crucial to note that the charge should not be too full. A certain amount of space for mixing circulation must be left. For efficient mixing, the chassis should be given at least 20% free space for the feed to circulate and mix. This helps avoid the "arch bridge" phenomenon, where the feed does not circulate and mix properly, all passing through the auxiliary auger. This phenomenon can increase the load on the auger and affect the mixing effect.
The Single Auger Stationary TMR Mixer With Loader is a reliable and efficient choice for livestock farms looking to optimize their feeding processes. Its advanced features, customizable options, and user - friendly design make it a standout product in the market. Whether you run a large commercial farm or a small - scale operation, this mixer can meet your specific needs and contribute to the overall productivity of your livestock management.
