New 14-16 m³ Double Vertical Auger Stationary Diesel Engine TMR Mixer for Livestock Feed

Dairy Farm Stationary TMR Mixer for Making Cattle Total Mixed Ration Feed

This stationary TMR mixer is specially designed for dairy farms to prepare total mixed ration. It can fully mix roughage, concentrate feed, minerals and additives into uniform nutritious feed for dairy cattle.

Adopting heavy-duty steel structure and thickened mixing blades, the machine features strong mixing force and long service life. It realizes even mixing without feed stratification, helping cows get balanced nutrition every meal, improve milk yield and enhance herd health.

Equipped with reliable speed control and easy operation system, this fixed TMR mixer saves labor and reduces feed waste. It is widely used in large and medium-sized dairy farms, beef cattle farms and livestock breeding bases. Different volume models are available to meet your farm feeding capacity demands.

Introduction

Performance Benefits

The weighing system of this mixer is both sensitive and stable, with the renowned Avery Weigh - Tronix brand ensuring accurate measurements. This is essential for precise feed formulation, allowing farmers to control the nutrient content of the feed with confidence.

Powered by electricity, the mixer offers significant fuel cost savings compared to fuel - powered alternatives, making it an economical choice for long - term operation.
Material and Structure Advantages

The mixing auger is crafted from Q355B metal material and formed by CNC machining. It has a thickness of 16mm, and an additional 8mm thick wear - resistant plate is attached to it.

This combination not only ensures the auger's sturdiness but also effectively extends the service life of the equipment, making it capable of withstanding the rigors of long - term use in farm environments.

Box Material: Q355B Steel

The mixing box is 10 mm thick steel plate, and the thickness of the bottom plate is 20 mm.

The Q355B steel has the high-quality wear and corrosion resistance.

Double Vertical Auger

Driven by the motor and reducer, the central shaft drives the spiral blades to rotate. The feed is cut by means of the auger and the rotation of the blade.

Cutting Blade

The cutting blade is 8mm thick and made of manganese steel. It has a good cutting effect on feed materials, improving the palatability and digestibility of the feed.

High Power Motor

The 55KW motor drives the reducer to work continuously and stably, it is an environmentally friendly machine.

Weight Sensor

The weighing system is sensitive and stable, realizing digital and precise feeding.

Weight Display Screen

Workers control the amount of feeds added through the numbers on the weight display.

Feeding Guidelines

When it comes to adding feed, there are important principles to follow. The basic rule is to adhere to the order of dry first then wet, fine first then rough, and light then heavy according to the formula.

Start with long grass.

Such as Leymus chinensis, wild hay, alfalfa, and oat grass.
Next, add the concentrated feed.

Additives include raw grain and concentrated feed, as well as apple flour, cottonseed, distiller's grains, etc.
After that, silage is added.

Finally, silage, water, molasses and other feeds are added to increase the palatability of the feed.

During the mixing process, it is crucial to note that the charge should not be too full. A certain amount of space for mixing circulation must be left.

For efficient mixing, the chassis should be given at least 20% free space for the feed to circulate and mix. This helps avoid the "arch bridge" phenomenon, where the feed does not circulate and mix properly, this phenomenon can increase the load on the auger and affect the mixing effect.

Whether you run a large commercial farm or a small - scale operation, this mixer can meet your specific needs and contribute to the overall productivity of your livestock management.

FAQs

Is the stationary feed mixer easy to operate?

For long-term fixed operation, the mixer should be fixed on the cement base to ensure that the machine is firmly installed. Find a professional electrician to make a reasonable layout of the line to ensure the safety and stability of the machine's power line.
After starting the mixer, use a forklift or conveyor belt to pour the feed raw materials that need to be stirred into the machine. After the raw materials are added, the stirring time for each batch of feed is about 20 minutes.
What are the wiring methods, voltage, and hertz requirements of stationary TMR mixers?

Our standard motor is a 380V 50HZ three-phase AC motor. When wiring, pay attention to the correct phase and avoid reverse connection. The voltage fluctuation should not exceed ±10% and the frequency should be stable at 50HZ to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend its service life.If your local voltage and Hertz are different, we can provide customized services.
How does the throwing function of a stationary TMR mixer work?

The normal stirring auger speed of mixer is 25 rpm (50 Hz), when the throwing function is turned on, the auger speed is 45 rpm (80HZ) and maintained for 15-20 seconds. In this way, the feed accumulated on the auger blades can be thrown out under the action of centrifugal force and swept out from the discharge door by the sweeping plate. Ensure that the discharge is clean, there is no debris inside, and it will not become moldy due to high temperature and humidity.
How do I choose a feed mixer that's right for my farm?

Please let us know the distance between the feed area and the cowshed, the number of farm animals, the width of the feeding alley, the size of the site, etc. We will recommend the appropriate model of TMR mixer for you.

We have obtained domestic and foreign qualification certificates such as high-tech enterprises, EU CE certification, lS0 9001, SGS certification etc, and have become a gold supplier that have been inspected by Alibaba.
